It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Abbott of Pinch, West Virginia, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert G. Abbott; her son Kenneth R. Abbott; and her parents, Kenneth E. Burgess and Reba M. Moore Burgess. She is survived by: her son Robert "Bobby" Abbott; her sister Regina Burgess; her grandchildren, Zachary Kessel, Hailey, Ceiara and Sarah Abbott; her great grandchildren, Ayden and Avery Mitchell; and her daughter-in-law Marie Abbott.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in our state, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
