She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis; her parents, Ira B. Meadows and Dorothy E. Carte Meadows; and her half-brother Bill Carte. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Harper (Krislyn) of Elkview and Dale Harper of Pinch; her half-sister Georgialeah Buzzard of Florida; and her grandchildren, Kaylyn and Alayna Harper.
