She is survived by: her parent Maria Adkins of Nellis, WV.; her daughters, Mary Ann Saunders (Fred) and Melissa Surbaugh; and her siblings, Donna Webb of Beckley, Regina Peters (James) of Pulaski, VA, Emmett Adkins of Kansas City, Donald Adkins of Charleston and Sparkles.
