He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Smith Jr. and Regina Smith (Kenney) of Piedmont. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Stakem Smith; his children, William B. Smith IV (Amy) and Todd Smith (Dianne) of Keyser; his grandchild William Smith (Joanne) of Scott Depot, WV.; his stepgrandson Josiah Harvey of Piedmont; his great grandchildren, Will Guiler, Britton, Case, Major Stockman, Autumn and Clara Smith; his stepgreat-grandsons, Peyton and Draven Harvey; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Stewart of Midland, MD, Helen and Husband Steve Comer of Jamul, CA; and his nephew Scott Smith of Keyser. He is also survived by his father, brother and Uncles.
