He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Mary Katherine Mullan (Shoemaker); and his sisters, Maxine Johnson, Betty Uptmor, Jean Cole and Nancy Blamer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Mullan (Broadwater); his children, Patricia Mullan, Glenn Mullan, Doug Mullan, Ryan Mullan, Jennifer Mullan, Elizabeth Broadwater and Autumn Layton; and his grandchildren, Katie Broadwater, Levi Broadwater, MacKenzie Fey, Alex Layton, RJ Layton, Jaina Mullan, Ava Mullan, Jordan Mullan, Madilynn Warnick and Annie Mullan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
