She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moreland and Dorothy Moreland (Wolfe); her stepfather John White, Jr.; her daughter Crystal Nelson; and her siblings, William "Billy" Moreland and Sandra K. Gluy.
She is survived by: her husband Dewey Duckworth; her children, Tammy Phillips, Mark Duckworth (Casey Bosley) and Charity Duckworth; her grandchildren, Gabriella Smith, Michaela Smith, Isaac Smith, William Mayhew, James Phillips, Tryp Keith, Wyatt Duckworth and Liam Duckworth; and her siblings, Melvin White, Richard White and Barbara Carpenter.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes - Piedmont Chapel (31 Jones St, Piedmont, WV 26750). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
