With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Toby Preston of Piedmont, West Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2020 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Preston and Evelyn Preston (Paugh); his brother Ronnie Lee Preston; his nephew Wayde Preston; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Lepley, John "Mouse" Thomas and Linda Preston.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Preston (Cox); his children, Amanda Demers (Kevin) of Chicago, IL, Christopher Preston (Irene) of Piedmont and William Preston (Crystal) of Keyser, WV.; and his siblings, Bill Preston of McConnellsburg, PA, David Preston (Audrey) of Falls Church, VA, Gary Preston (Betty Anne) of Stafford, VA, Carol Lepley of Keyser, Judy Mercer (Raymond) of Strasburg, Ruth Thomas (John Buckholtz) of Barton, MD and Mary Preston Bean (Brian) of Colonial Beach, VA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces and many cousins.
In accordance with state mandates face mask and social distancing are required for the visitation and funeral services. lnurnment will take place at a later date.
