With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Hitt of Piedmont, West Virginia, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl J. Kelley and Mary F. Kelley (Fitzpatrick); her husband Kenneth Hitt (Chick); and her brother James Kelley. She is survived by: her children, Brian D. Hitt (Jean), William A. Hitt and Linda C. Stephen (Wayne) of Barton, MD.; her siblings, John Kelley (June), Pat Moon (Russell), Carole Michael (Addis) and Kathleen McMillan (Rick); her nephew Keith Arnold; her grandchildren, Kimberly Angle, Kellie Hitt and Mark Hitt Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Amy and Wayne Jr.; and her stepgreat-grandsons, William and Connor. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
