He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Braithwaite, Steve Braithwaite (Lisa), Delores Bean (Tom), Mary Lou Smith, Donna Clark and Bonnie Shuck (Ed); his sister-in-law Glenda Braithwaite; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Patty, Kevin, Karen, Greg, Randy, Scott, Jason, Holly, Justin, Josh, Kristen and Jesse.
