He was predeceased by: his parent Lester Leroy Sr.; and his wife Mary Adrian Clifford (Vauls). He is survived by: his children, Leslie Dawson of Keyser, Tony Clifford (Cynara) of Staunton, VA, Lester Clifford (Alisa) of Keyser, Scott Clifford of Cary, NC, Timothy Meade of College Park, MD, Robin Woods of Cumberland, MD and Nikisha Diehl of Ashburn, VA; his sisters, Roslie Twyman of Piedmont and Donna Jean Mobley of Philadelphia, PA; and his close friend Christine Clay. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
