He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert Ralph; and his siblings, Tim Llewellyn and Jeanne Ricker. He is survived by: his parent Mirian Virginia Llewellyn (Livengood); his wife Diane Elaine Llewellyn (Smith); his daughters, Shayla Llewellyn and Rachel L. Llewellyn; his granddaughter Kieran Jane Caldwell; his sisters, Bonnie Sterne (Chris) and Lori Llewellyn (Luis Lugo); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Llewellyn and Jack Ricker. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
