She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sutton and Armeda Blyss Miller Sutton; her husband Charles Otto "Charlie" Dulaney; her son-in-law Leonard Griffith; and her siblings, Wellington Joe Sutton, Bertha Jeanne Williams, George William Sutton, Elizabeth Leona "Betty" Hicks, Evelyn Sutton of Virginia, Anna Louise Sutton, Jessie Marie Summerfield, Franklin Gayle Sutton and Leonard Myron Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Waugh (Brian) of Dailey, Phyllis Griffith of Valley Bend, Ida Cecchini (Les) of Millersport, OH, Henry Dulaney of Pickens, Mark Dulaney (Pam) of Concord, NC and Charles Dulaney (Diane) of Czar; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Dulaney of Union, OH, Frieda Marie Drummond of Oakland, MD, Kris Moore of Gallipolis, OH and Edward Dulaney (Sue) of Canton, OH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Pickens Historical Society, P. O. Box 94, Pickens, WV, 26230 in memory of Rosie.
