He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl W. Allen and Shelby Jean Allen (Mayle); his wife Sondra Allen (Johnson); his stepdaughter Stephanie Shoemaker (Casey) of Keyser; his stepgrandchildren, Ashland and Dirk Shoemaker of Keyser; his brothers, Carl E. Allen (Kimberly) of Clemtown Community and Michael Allen of Clemtown Community; and his close friend Peanut.
