With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Hall (Phillips) Markley of Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Otto and Elizabeth Phillips (Teter); and her sister Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Phillips Springer. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Proudfoot; her nephews, Cecil Wray (Kathy), Dean (Patty) and George Philip (Tina Springer); and her niece Tiffany Elizabeth Springer (Harley Jackson).
