She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland "Chip" Robinson and Dolly M. Robinson; and her sister June Lee Bush. She is survived by: her children, Angelia Ann Maxson Russell (Micah J. Russell) of Liberty, WV, Stephani Dawn Mayle (Boyd H. Mayle) of Moatsville, WV and Stephen S. "Thumper" Maxson of Philippi, WV; her sister Virginia Rose Isner of Cleveland, OH; her grandchildren, BJ Mayle, Samantha Streets (Cody Streets) and Maureen Russell; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Streets and Shaylynn Streets. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Shelia Ann Maxson, 80, of Philippi, died Friday, March 28, 2025 at Mansfield Place Nursing Home following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease and dementia.
