With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Sue Dickenson of Philippi, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Stewart and Mary Louise Stewart; her brother Jack D. Stewart; and her son-in-law Doward "Gene" Matlick. She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Dickenson, Jr.; her daughters, Carla Skidmore (Robert "Bobby" Skidmore), Lisa Swartz (William David Swartz) and Kelly Matlick (Darren Hatfield); and her great grandchildren, Logan Carl Swartz, Elijah Cole Matlick (Taylor Matlick), Hannah Howdershelt (Zachary Howdershelt), Noah Ryan Matlick, Lindsey Paige Swartz, Jesiah Seth Matlick, Jackson Lee Matlick, Dawson Joel Matlick, Sutton Faith Howdershelt and Gentry Michael Howdershelt. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
