He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Doc" Bush and Gertrude Black Bush; his sister Reta Eloise Robinson; and his son-in-law Reverend Michael H Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Julia "Judy" Shaver Bush; his children, Elizabeth A Westfall, Douglas Bush (Ann), Carlos "Doc" Bush (Christy), Paula Snyder (John) and David Bush (Bertha); his grandchildren, Jason Westfall (Sheena), Joshua Westfall (Christine), Jennifer Westfall, Jaeneika Westfall, Katherine Bush Henzler (Joshua), Karoline Bush Sturm (Tyler), Cora Bush Baxa (Linn), Devan Snyder Shipe (Jared), Olivia Snyder Jenkins (Jeffrey), Sydney Bush and Tanner Bush; his great grandchildren, Jaden Westfall, Jevon Westfall, Jerin Westfall, Jayla Westfall, Jace Westfall, Juliana Westfall, Virginia Henzler, Beau Henzler and Mila Shipe; and his siblings, Harry Bush (Christine) and Wyene Bush Turner (Bob). He is also survived by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, or great grandchildren.
