He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Layhew (Stevens); his sons, Ronald Vernon Layhew, Jr. (Amy) of Belington, WV, Donn Steven Layhew (Lora) of Martinsburg, WV and Todd Harry Layhew (Melissa) of Sandyville, WV; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Moore (Jarred) of Falling Waters, WV, Timothy Cole (Sarah) of Summersville, WV, Kendrick Cole of Summersville, WV, Zackery Layhew (Emily) of Martinsburg, WV, Courtney Adams (Anthony) of Charles Town, WV, Lindsey Usmani (Harris) of Spartanburg, SC and Lukas Layhew of Georgetown, KY; his great grandchildren, Sam Usmani, Will Usmani, Alethea Ellis, Lacey Layhew, Archie Adams and Madalyn Cole; and his sisters, Betty Kay Cramer of Brownsville, PA and Charlene Shelley (Richard) of Mentor, OH.. He is also survived by his family, especially his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
