With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Lee Kelley of Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on October 20, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne and Mary Elma Kelley (Phillips); his sisters, Carolyn Taylor (late Bill Taylor) and Alice Ann Carpenter (Tom); his half-sister Marlyn Lantz (Denzil); his father-in-law James F. Hamlin, Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, James F. Hamlin, Jr., Roger, Fairfax Fuel and Sago Mines.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelley (Hamlin); his daughters, Patricia Bradley (Terry) and Rhonda Talbott (Brian); his grandchildren, Shawn Kelley, Taylor P. Talbott, Tanner Talbott (Allison Phillips) and Trey Bradley; his stepgrandchildren, Beau Bradley (Samantha), Celeste Goodnight (Andy) and Alexis Robinson; his great grandchildren, Parker S. Kelley and Adeline "Addi" Talbott; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Harmonie, Remington, Kyrah, Gracie and Colt; his brothers, Robert "Mick" Kelley (Nettie) and Tom Kelley; his mother-in-law Eileen Rodriguez Hamlin; his brother-in-law Arthur Hamlin; and also Adam Mayle (Samantha).
