He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lynn Deffet. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Deffet (Bennett); and his sons, Samuel Todd Deffet, Brady and Chase Richardson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Barbour County Deputy Association or Barbour County Humane Society 26 N. Main St. Philippi, WV 26416.
