He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Stuart (Stout); his children, Anita Jo Stuart of Stonewood, WV, Paula Rome (Anthony) of Bridgeport, WV, Steven Saas of Virginia Beach, VA, Aretta Taylor of Philippi, WV, David Saas (Beth) of Warrington, VA and Sally Nestor of Mt. Clare, WV.; and his brother Paul A. Stuart of Philippi, WV. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
