He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bartlett and Helen Bartlett (Huff); his children, Lisa Renee Bartlett Eoyang and Andy Maus; and his brother Lewis Bartlett.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Donat of Greentown, IN, Greg Donat (Mona) of Denver, CO, Bill Donat (Lee) of Sacramento, CA, Dalice Myers (Phil) of Richmond, IN, George Maus (Lisa) of Kokomo, IN and Joe Maus (Rae) of Greentown, IN; and his sisters, Beth Long of Parsons and Leslie Sandridge (Jeff) of Philippi. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
