She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Marsh and Myrtle Marsh (Poling); her husband Robert "Buck" True; her grandson Clifford Noble True; her siblings, Pauline Marsh Upton, Beatrice Marsh Ahner, Bernard Marsh and Cleophas Marsh; and her niece Willidene Marsh.
She is survived by: her son Robert "Bob" True Jr. (Kathy); her granddaughter Candice Stone (Jeff) of Philippi; her great grandchildren, Mitchell and Clayton Stone of Philippi; and her sisters-in-law, Wilda Moran of Century and Louise Ward of Century.
