Keener; her children, Charles Keener and Marie Nuzum; her son-in-law Leonard Sturm; her granddaughter Paula Ann Miller; and her brothers, Woodrow "Sonny" Neal, Stanley Neal and Robert "Bobby" Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Miller (Paul) of Valley Furnace, Bobbie Jo "Lady" Sturm of Philippi, Frankie Keener (Jamie Burner) of Philippi and Tony Keener of Philippi; her son-in-law Charles Nuzum of Philippi; her sister-in-law Donna Neal of Philippi; her grandchildren, Valerie Welch, John Paul Miller, Trinity Keener, Jacob Keener, Charles "Eric" Keener, Justin, Tiffany Black, Kalya Jo Sturm and Amber Keener; and her great grandchildren, Collin, Hannah Welch, Caitlin, Preslea Miller, Kaylee, Chloe, Justin Black, Alex, Amelia Lapana, Ezmie, Karlie and Franklin.
