She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Stalnaker and Dana Stalnaker; her spouse Russell Wagner; her children, Rosemary Wagner, Phillip Wagner and Jerry Del Wagner; and her siblings, Leland Stalnaker, Helen Griffith and Dora Lea Beckner.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Wagner (Joyce) of Philippi, Twila Smith of Philippi and Frances Wagner of Philippi; her daughter-in-law Lori Wagner; her grandchildren, Jessica Salfia (Mark), Jonathan Maunz, Katie Cox, Cody Wagner, Vinny Greco (Chelsea), Anyssa Greco (Rob), Sam Wagner and Andrew Wagner; her great grandchild Brady Wagner; and her grandchildren, Addison, Jayce, Dominic Salfia, Braxton, Bella Cox and Nova Smitherman.
