She was predeceased by: her brother Charlie Keener; her niece Paula Ann Miller; her brother-in-law Leonard Sturm; and her uncle Woodrow "Sonny" Neal. She is survived by: her former husband Charles Nuzum of Philippi; her sister Betty Miller (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Valerie, Chuck Welch, John Paul Miller, Charles Eric Keener, Justin, Tiffany Black, Amber Keener, Kayla Sturm, Trinity Keener and Jacob Keener; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Amber, Mike, Morgan, Lilly, Collin, Hannah, Preslea, Caitlin, Alex, Amelia, Ezmie, Franklin, Chloe, Kaylee and Justin; her niece Kathy Reidell (Tom); and her husband Army Corps of Engineers. She is also survived by her husband, extended family, and friends.
