Loretta Ann Lambert Obituary
Loretta A. (Mayle) Lambert, age 57, a cherished daughter, loving mother, caring grandmother, and a beloved sister, departed from this life on Thursday, July 25, 2024, in the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV., with her family by her side following a short illness her death was sudden and unexpected. She resided on Arden Road near Philippi, WV.
She was born on December 29, 1966, in Canton, OH., a beloved daughter of Annamae Allender of Missouri, and the late Rev. Wilbert Mayle.
Loretta leaves behind her children; Tara Lambert, and James P. Lambert, grandchildren; Tenisha Lambert, Dylon Lambert, Brealynn Lambert, and Haylee Lambert, great-grandson; Oaklyn Myles Anton-Lambert, brothers; Danny Lee Mayle, and Rev. Francis 'Joe' Schirck III, sisters; Michelle Mayle-Barth, Angie Matthews, and Becky Williams, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceding her in death besides her father are one sister: Twila Davis, stepmother; Virginia (Langley) Mayle.
Ms. Lambert graduated from Philip Barbour High School with the class of 1985. She was a Christian by faith. She was a woman of integrity, dedication, and excelled in her career as an insurance agent for the Leavitt Insurance Group. She served clients with compassion and professionalism, leaving a lasting impact on all those she helped for several years. In her free time, she loved to camp, take the family on vacation to Virgina Beach, loved spending time on the Galloway Beach on the Arden River while she was getting some relaxation and rest, she would sip on her favorite spirt Crown Royal. She was a peacekeeper in the family and knew what to do in life situations. If the children had problems they would go to mom for advice, and she knew what to do to resolve the situation at hand. Loretta's warm smile, compassionate heart, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May Loretta rest in eternal peace knowing that she was deeply loved and will be forever remembered in our hearts.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Kittle Family Funeral Home on Monday, July 29, 2024, from 5 pm, until 8 pm., and again on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 9 am until 1 pm when a funeral service will be held with her brother the Rev. Joe Schirck officiating. The burial will take place in the Mayle Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
