He is survived by: his wife Joan Bolyard (Poling); his children, David Lynn Bolyard (Cheri) of Philippi and Deborah Jo Bolyard; and his grandchildren, Chris Bolyard (Charity), Jessica Willis (James), Troy Smith, Casey Stemple, Ashley Guire, Amanda Daugherty, Cassandra Guire, Caleb and Alaina Ramos. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren Sister.
