It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Eugene Williams of Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Buck" Williams and Treva Weaver Williams. He is survived by: his wife Dena Kathleen Fincham Williams; his children, Jennifer Williams (Robbie), Ann Carder, Tyler Masturzo, Bryan Joseph Michael (Taylor), Cory Michael, Michael Williams, Skyler Williams and Corben Williams; his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Williams (Tammy), Kim Weaver Dean and Athena "Sue" Barcus (Jim); and his pets, Brutus, Cheeto and Frito. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew and cousins.
