He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Mildred and Robert Butcher. He is survived by: his daughter Ethetta Mildred Weaver (Butcher); and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
