It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Lee Ratliff of Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Daisel Ratliff; his close friend Zelma Upton; and his siblings, Ted, Bobby Ratliff and Patty Puttum Jimmy.
He is survived by: his former wife Loretta Ratliff (Jones); and his son James Ratliff. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
