She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerel Austin and Florence Baker (Bishop); and her husband Allen Junior Duckworth. She is survived by: her children, Sheri Summerfield (Forrest) of Moatsville and Jeff Duckworth (Jennifer) of Flat Top, WV; her grandchildren, Travis Summerfield (Dannielle), Heather Summerfield, Chesnee Summerfield, Chloe, Macie, Kaden Duckworth, Domnick Ash, Kristen, Rhyleigh Arbogast and Mark Arbogast; her great grandchildren, Silas, Elleanore Summerfield, Wyatt and Domnick Ash; her brothers, Conrad Baker of Cleveland, OH and David Baker of San Antonio, TX; and her close friend Harley.
