Jennifer Crim Obituary
Jennifer "Jen" Crim, age 42, a resident of Philippi, WV., passed away from this life on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at her home. Her death was sudden and unexpected.
She was born into this life in San Antonio, TX, on January 26, 1981, a daughter of Jasmine (Sadovskis) Salter and the late Gary Steven Salter Sr.
Jen leaves behind, daughters; Mykal Michelle Sage Hoffman, and Reagan Nicole McVay, sisters; Shannon Phillips, and husband Jeffrey, and Brandy Ann Salter, brother; Gary Steven Salter Jr., nephews; Tyler Douglas Mayle, and Liam Edward Mayle, niece; Madison Page Mayle, several friends.
Jen earned her GED, she began her career as a paramedic for Barbour County Emergency Squad, and Upshur County Emergency Squad. She worked for Shop n Save in Philippi in the deli, she was promoted to the deli manager at the Elkins Shop n Save recently. Jen loved to travel and ride motorcycles in Poker Runs. She once rode a Harley to Florida with one of her friends. Jen loved to hang out with her friends and enjoyed drinking spirits together. She is going to be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Kittle Family Funeral Home, 265 Beech Ave., Philippi on Friday, April 14, 2023, from 5 pm until 8 pm, again on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 9 am until 2 pm. Honoring Jen's wishes, her remains will be cremated. The Kittle Family Funeral Home in Philippi is honored to be assisting the family with the arrangements.
