He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Weaver and Freda McWilliams Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Debra Mellott Weaver; his daughter Christina Hansel (Greg) of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Brendan Weaver and Alyssa Hansel; and his siblings, Stephen Weaver, Phyllis Kramer and Rhonda Bornheim.
