She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Thompson and Mary Madeline Thompson (Swick); her former husband Clyde Auvil; her brother Roger Thompson of Buckhannon; and her siblings-in-law, Randy Smith of Fairmont, James Kelley of Philippi, Elbert Annon (Sonny) and Shirley Thompson.

She is survived by: her husband Raube McDaniel; her children, Loretta Auvil of Champaign, IL, Glen Auvil (Dyanna) of Philippi, Julia Morris (Brian) of Philippi and Paul David McDaniel (Jennifer) of Cincinnati, OH.; her siblings, Carol Heatherly (Roger) of Kingsland, GA, Edna Waugaman of Philippi, Gloria Smith of Fairmont and Michael Thompson of Buckhannon; her siblings-in-law, Berta Thompson of Buckhannon and Robbie Waugaman of Philippi; and her grandchildren, Abagayle, Clint Auvil, Andrew, Tilden Morris, Jack, Madeline and Sam McDaniel. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
