He was predeceased by: his parents, Vonda Plum (Hathaway) and Ralph Plum; and his siblings, Tex, Mickey, Mikey Plum, Norma Bolyard (Plum) and Jean Shelton (Plum).
He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Fitzwater (Plum), Sue Hardin (Plum) of Grafton, Penny Hall (Plum), Monna Plum of Arden and Debbie Williams (Rusty Williams) of Union Community. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
