She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh M. Fry and Myrtle Fry (Shaffer); her husband Carl W. Mitchell; her siblings, Evelyn V. Gough and Harold Frey; her son-in-law William "Bill" Johnson; and her grandchildren-in-law, Valerie Dawn and William Johnson, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" (Patsy Mitchell) and Patricia "Pat" Johnson of Philippi; her grandson Brian (Kim Mitchell); her children, Kelli and Bradley of Tallmansville; her stepgrandson Kevin Perrine of Port Richey; and her children, Braden, Aili and Ciara of Plymouth, Michigan.
