It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wayne Pond of Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles William Pond; and his stepfather Wayne Dasher. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Dasher (Dill); his wife Lora Pond (Collins); his children, Charles Joseph Pond, Brittany Dawn Pond and Carol Ann Pond (Boyd Allen Christian II); and his siblings, Samantha, James, Robert, Mike, Janet, Judy, Billy, Ricky, Brandon and Donna. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416).
