It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caleb Steven Luke Arbaugh (Philippi, West Virginia), born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Shelva "Sis" Cross, Darie Vandevender Arbaugh and Virgil Arbaugh. He is survived by: his mother Monica Ruth Arbaugh; his stepfather Donnie McIe; his sisters, Raquel Darionna Melgar of Philippi and Kayanna Elizabeth Rudy of Philippi; his grandparents, Rita Cross Arbaugh and Stephenson Arbaugh of Whitmer; his great-grandparent Ronald Cross of Elkins; his aunt Jessica Runion (Preston); and his cousin Preston Runion of Broadway, VA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
