He was predeceased by: his parents, Blonda Hollen Sr. and Grace Dell Hollen (Boehm); his brothers, Billy Hollen (Virginia), Kermit Hollen (Helen), Bobby Hollen (Eloise) and Kyle Hollen (Katie); and his son Michael D. Hollen Juny.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hollen (Taylor); and his children, Patrick R. Hollen of Volga, Beth R. Conklin (Tim) of Elkins and Janette M. Snider (Doug) of Cumming, GA. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
