She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Jones and Helen Pearl Jones (Gouer); her husband Phillip Matthew Garber; her son Thomas "Tommy" Everson; her siblings, JoAnn Jones, Frances Jones and Eddie Jones; and her sister-in-law Pam Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Everson of Belington and Brian Everson of Philippi; her siblings, Leona Carpenter, Carol Haught of Moundsville, Jackie Linger of Belington and Richard Jones of Philippi; and her sister-in-law Lorinda Jones (Topanga). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
