He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Salmons Mazur of Peytona; his children, Jada Mazur of Peytona, Tabitha Adkins of Charleston, Lisa Butchko (Dan) of Boardman, OH, Amy Mazur (Ben) of Parker, PA and Walter Adkins of Alderson; his sister Mary Agnes Zoccle of Greenville, PA; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Christina, Jacob, Jessica, Charles and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by Four Great Grandchildren.
