She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Douglas and Eva Workman Douglas; and her brother Phillip Wayne Toney. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Robert Toney of Peytona; her children, Betsy Halstead (Eric) of Seth and Jeremy Toney (Gina Thomas) of Comfort; her sister-in-law Martha Payne Toney of Racine; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Hannah Halstead, Carissa, Jenna and Seth Toney.
