He is survived by: his children, Jeff Meadows (Mary) of New Palestine and Kelly Allen (Tim) of New Palestine; his siblings, Harold Meadows (Jackie) and Jo Bullock (Bud); his grandchildren, Damon Collins, Jacob Collins, Lauren Meadows and Mackenzie Meadows; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Gavin Collins.
