She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward O'Halloran and Mary O'Halloran; and her siblings, James O'Halloran, Kay Eary and Betty Swartz.
She is survived by: her husband Hal Foster; her sons, Charles Foster (Brenda), Greg Foster (Amy) and Paul Foster; her grandchildren, Jason Foster (Amy), Candace Fulks (John), Corey Foster (Ashlie), Lindsey Meadows and Tristan Foster; her brother Frank O'Halloran (Helen); and her stepsiblings, Kathy, Barbara, Willie and Charlie. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
