She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Schultz and Mae Schultz; her husband James Ixos; her siblings, Jack Schultz, Billy Joe Schultz, Pauline Martin and Marie Bard; and her grandson James Joseph II.
She is survived by: her children, James Joseph Ixos (Wendy) of Orlando, WV and Georgianna Holstein (Aaron) of Peytona, WV; and her grandchildren, Wendy Jo Dlesk of Blairsville, PA, Joshua David Cregger (Amanda) of Foster, WV and Matthew James Cregger (Megan) of Spurlockville, WV. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
