We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2019 we had to say goodbye to William Phipps (Peterstown, West Virginia), born in Princeton, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Randolph "Randy" Phipps and Ruby Keith Mullins Phipps; and his brother James Franklin Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Connie Shrader Phipps; his sons, Brian Phipps (Christy) of Summersville, WV and Sean Phipps (Roseann) of Peterstown, WV; his siblings, Greg Phipps (Karen) of Princeton, WV and Darlene Brewer of Princeton, WV; and his grandchildren, Caden, Sydney and Bryson Phipps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Town of Peterstown Flag and Christmas Light Fund (P.O. Box 487, Peterstown, WV 24963).
