Wanda S. Harmon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda S. Harmon (Peterstown, West Virginia), who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lee and Ida Mae Fletcher Shook; her husband Rev. Eugene O. Harmon; her granddaughter Valerie Joy; her daughter-in-law Susan Harmon; and her siblings, Francis Shelby "Sonny" Shook, Mary Blanche Brown and Ruth Lane.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Harmon of Greenville, SC, Gene Allen Harmon (Sarajean) of Taylors, SC and Steven Harmon (Hazel) of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Wanda's name to the Ballard Baptist Church Planning Fund (P.O. Box 131, Ballard, WV 24918).
