She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lewis and Mae Copeland Crawford; her husband Frank Henry Long; and her siblings, Howard, Millard, Everett, Tommy, Richard, Bill, Harold, Donald Crawford and Pansy Canterbury.
She is survived by: her sons, Teddy Long (Elizabeth) of Morristown, TN and Chuck Long (Donna) of Beaver, WV; her grandchildren, Curtis Long (Jessica), Jenny Long and Makenzie Thompson (Seth); her great grandchildren, Parker Thompson, Landrey Thompson, Alexander Long and Brady Long; and her niece Nancy Belcher of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Virginia's name to the First Missionary Baptist Church (P.O. Box 64, Ballard, WV 24918).
