He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Beaman Toney; his children, Austin Toney of Peterstown, WV, Shatzey Nance (Greg) of Hazel Green, AL and Cynthia Thompson (Trevor) of Knoxville, TN; and his siblings, Bartley Toney, Lester Toney (Ann), Hansford "Tedge" Toney (Sonja) and Sarita Beavers. He is also survived by five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
